Returning your cell phone in Japan is easy. Please return the rental phone to any of our airport rental counters. Phones may also be returned by courier. * Extra charges apply

Payment

All rental and call charges (for local number rentals) are billed directly to your card. Invoices and itemized calls will be sent to the email address provided to us at the time of rental.

Accept credit cards :

• We take a pre-authorization of 40,000 yen per handset from your credit card as security for payment. This amount is not debited from your credit card but is reserved for our use, should payment be declined during or after the rental period.
• Payment is debited from your credit card against each invoice on a weekly basis.
• Please note that late call data may follow due to time delays with call records between international network operators. You will receive an invoice for all late calls.
• Your credit card must be valid for 2 months or more at the time of cell phone rental
